The new 12,000 square foot steel framed structure by Metallic Building Systems. It has 22’ 10” sidewalls on the low side and 27’ on the high side. This is a clear span structure with no internal support columns. There are (5) service doors and a total of (35) 4’ x 4’ windows which allow ample natural light to the open interior. The warehouse is equipped with a total of six 14’ x 16’ overhead doors.

There is 1850 square feet of luxury offices with solid birch doors and trim. Each of the seven offices has at least one 4’ x 4’ window with granite sills and cordless blinds. There is a large reception area and a conference room complete with custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The Facility has two bath areas complete with a shower and ceramic tile floors and wall accents. There is an open mezzanine over the office for storage or future expansion.

The interior of the warehouse has a series of five trench drains. It is equipped with ample electrical service and lighting for the intended use along with a combination of tube heaters, unit heaters, oversized ceiling fans, and motorized exhaust systems that make up the HVAC System. There is an FRP covered wet wall in the warehouse with a drinking fountain, mop sink, utility sink and an emergency eye wash station.
