Projects Under Construction & Recently Completed
Our framers are well under way at Orchard Place and are working on capping the first-floor walls and starting the layout for the second floor.
Structural steel has been set, and we continue to focus on framing as we work our way up and plan and prep for MEP rough ins to begin.
Our underground crews are working in our basement and are completing their work to get ready to pour the basement slabs very soon.

We have finally thawed the interior frost out and were able to install the underground plumbing and electrical. The frost was deep but mother nature provided us with a glimmer of hope last week when this young sprout showed up.
The concrete slab is slated to go in starting February 16th with the interior framing and finishes to follow. There are some exterior building trims and details to finish up when weather warms but the building already looks good!
The anticipated completion is projected to be in late March.
The site crews have been working diligently over the past several weeks to wrap up our Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection rough in's. With their completion, we now have walls insulated and have started production drywall hanging and taping. We will continue to work on that over the next couple weeks and will start seeing finishes roll in the end of the month.
We are gearing up to start framing the 5th floor walls and preparing to start receiving roof trusses onsite.
Framers are working on wrapping up the 4th, while our Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Suppression crews are starting to work on rough ins on the lower floors.
We are excited to get the last units framed up so that we can start to see the amazing views this building will future on 5th floor and on the amenity sky deck.

Started out the Thanksgiving Holiday with an office Thanksgiving Potluck on Wednesday November 26th. Great food, conversations and sharing memories of the past. Following the delicious Thanksgiving meal, everyone took part in decorating the office for the Christmas Season.
