Projects Under Construction & Recently Completed
Water, fire and hydrants are all installed and has been inspected.
Working on our 2nd large, tall garage pour while getting the slab on grade section ready for underground plumbing to be installed.

The site has finally started to dry out which has got us in full swing for exterior work!
The parking lot curb and gutter are installed with the parking lot base going in. Siders have started to prep for their work.
MEPS are wrapping up the final rough ins that are being installed while the production sheet rock crews are in working hard on 2nd floor. Insulation is wrapping up blowing the floor trusses full and completing the wall insulation.

We are making great progress in-between the hot weather and rainstorms!
The exterior stonework and siding is coming along and near completion. The landscaping is scheduled to begin early August and the final parking lot lift scheduled mid-September. The indoor pool will be finished by the end of August.

We are 100% completed with all the buildings and 95% completed with the exterior. We have temporary certificates of occupancy for all buildings and the clubhouse. Currently there are (7) occupied and/or leased units.
The landscaping and irrigation system is finished, and we are in the process of the final cleaning, the exterior sidewalks, patios and drives.
The final lift of asphalt for the roadways will be happening soon with striping to follow. The pickleball court coating and net are scheduled to be installed.

All Site Superintendent’s attended a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) training at HERC-U-Lift.
Learning about the importance of fundamentals, site specific hazards, how to operate elevated work platforms as well as rescue plans were included in this training. Thank you HERC-U-Lift for another successful training.

Another great event as always was put on by the Associated Builders and Contractors of Minnesota and North Dakota with Guest Speaker Hall of Fame Twin Joe Mauer.
We are proud to announce that one of our projects this year, The Plaza at Hazeltine earned and Eagle Award at the 2024 ABC Excellence in Construction Awards banquet this year. The prestigious award goes out to all the hands that were able to put this job together and make it happen. What a way to break into the new year with scoring this Eagle.
Thank you to all the partnerships we have to continue to make these projects possible! It’s a great honor to watch the fellow ABC subcontractor members that were apart of this project to also receive accolades on stage.
As we approached this Holiday Season, Lyon Contracting and Trident Development reflected upon the many blessings we’ve experienced over the past year and to be thankful for them.

These boxes were dropped off at IDS 742 and the Boys and Girls Club.
