Projects Under Construction & Recently Completed
Summerville Flats is a new, four (4) story, 133-unit, 137,065 SF, multi- family apartment complex located in Helena, MT.
First floor walls will be complete this week and second floor trusses will be 50% complete.
Second floor walls will begin mid February.
Days are getting longer and warmer as we go but we are also fighting nightly snow falls.
Norbella Senior Living of Rogers, MN is a new 1 story, 40 unit, assisted living facility with dementia care, totaling 29,847 SF.
Our drywall crew just wrapped up sanding half of the building and are currently priming and texturing the walls on that half while the tapers have started on the other half of the building. MEP rough-ins are wrapping up this week in the common areas. Exterior stone installation will be complete this week and our siding subcontractor will start early next week.
Grand35 Apartments is a new age restricted 55+, market rate apartment, located in Burnsville, MN. It’s a 130-unit, 237,048 GSF, four (4) story, wood framed structure, over two (2) levels of covered parking.
We are wrapping up flooring and trim on 1st floor units, installing the 2nd elevator car, started installing decks this week, and our MEP subcontractors are working on finishes. We are currently working on drywall punch list and final painting on 4th floor.
Avalon Apartments and Townhomes will be located on a 13.4-acre parcel and separated into two builds that will run simultaneously. The Avalon Apartments is a 190 unit, 4 story wood over precast building that includes several amenities spaces and a shared courtyard space with access. The courtyard will include a pool, exterior building with covered bar top area, grilling stations, sport court and bocce ball/putting green. In addition to the multifamily apartment project, there is a series of 54 townhome units throughout 10 buildings. (1) 4-unit building, (4) 5-unit buildings, and (5) six-unit buildings. The townhomes are 2 story wood framed units with asphalt shingles, cultured brick veneer and a mix of LP siding with multiple siding packages mixed throughout the buildings.
We recently completed several deep utility connections throughout the apartment portion of the project that needed to be installed prior to footings. We are wrapping up footing install now and are well into our wall pours with about a 1/3 of the walls being complete to date. Our crews on site are pushing to be ready for precast install the end of March.
We have transitioned into the finish stage! Final rough in inspections are being completed on 1st floor. While 2nd floor insulation is being installed. 3rd floor sheetrock is being hung and 4th floor drywall finish taping is being completed. The exterior façade is taking shape with brick masonry being installed and siding crews prepping window and door trims. The home stretch is near! With how amazing each crew we rewarded the jobsite with a safety lunch.

The new J-Berd Fabrication Facility is a 21,875 square foot pre-engineered, single slope, steel building with three garage doors and a loading dock.
