After days of busy work, our office potluck was a much needed break. Everyone brought homemade food, and we enjoyed a great meal together. Good food, good company, and lots of stories.

ABC of MN/ND hosted a Tailgate Tuesday on our project; Orchard Place Apartments this past Tuesday. This event allowed us to take a step away from our daily tasks on site to focus on safety, while still enjoying a grill out.
U.S. Compliance was also able to host a toolbox talk on fall protection, as well as a demonstration on proper use of an aerial lift.

We would like to announce that the team of contractors at Cloud on 5th put the finishing touches on and we officially received the certificate of occupancy on this remodel project. It's been rewarding to take the previous SCSU Welcome Center and convert it into 16 new wonderful homes for residents. This project wouldn't have turned out like it did without the help of the hundreds of individuals that came through and put this project together.

Under Construction - Compass Apartments Bozeman, MT
MEP crews have been working hard throughout all floors of the building. We have 5th and 4th floor completed with rough ins. Insulation being installed on 4th floor and sheetrock has started on 5th floor. The vaulted ceilings overlooking the mountains really do look amazing on this project!
With spring now here, we are set to start siding prep next week and transition into getting the exterior façade installed.
Earth Day 2026
Lyon Contracting Employees took time out of their busy day Friday morning to take part in Earth Day. Cleaning up garbage in all the wooded areas around our building/parking lot. 8 volunteers = 12 bags of garbage!
