Company Updates, Projects Under Construction & Recently Completed
We are underway with our final finishes onsite.
All the unit plank flooring has been installed, and cabinets are just wrapping up with the last units.
Cleaning is underway on the top floors to allow for the contractors to start working on final punch list work.
Exterior siding and façades are nearly completed while we start to finalize all the exterior concrete, curb and gutter and paving the parking lot soon.
The team on site continues to make great progress as we move closer to project turnover. Our MEP trades are wrapping up their rough in's throughout the building, drywall is progressing to the lower floors and gypcrete has started to go down.
On the outside of the building, our utilities have wrapped up, curb is in and our first lift of asphalt is down. Siding and Stone are also starting.

The site development is advancing as scheduled, including the completion of tree clearing, parking lot milling, ongoing mass grading activities, soil corrections, and utility installation.
Also, starting soil corrections and getting ready for foundations to begin mid-August.
From the early mornings on the water to sharing stores and laughs throughout the trip, it was a fantastic experience.
Events like these remind us of the value of teamwork, freindship, and taking time to enjoy the outdoors.
We didn't capture many photos because we were too busy enjoying the day, but it was great to see so many trade partners come together.
Events like this are about more than just a day on the golf course—they strengthen relationships, create new connections, and reinforce the collaboration that makes our industry so successful.

After days of busy work, our office potluck was a much needed break. Everyone brought homemade food, and we enjoyed a great meal together. Good food, good company, and lots of stories.

Our Subcontractor Crews on both job sites, Orchard Place Apartments, Apple Valley, MN. and Compass Apartments, Bozeman, MT. paused work to talk with their teams and to raise fall hazard awareness and build a stronger, healthier, safer jobsite together.

Today we celebrated our team's hard work and dedication with a thrilling fun field day of eating ball park food while watching Americans favorite past time sport.....baseball!
