The building has been dried in, and crews are hard at work roughing in all the mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire suppression systems. Insulation and sheet rocking the units will start in the coming weeks ahead. The team continues to battle the onsite conditions with the rainy summer, but progress continues to be made. Utilities and parking lot structures are starting to be installed.
