The building exterior is complete! We are waiting on spring to allow the remaining grading and utility work to be completed so we can pour the remaining exterior concrete.

The interior work finish work is in full swing. We have the wall liner completed and the warehouse M&E work has started. Crews will be hanging lights, fans and heaters in the next weeks to finish this up.

The offices are framed, M&E rough-ins are complete and sheetrock is being delivered. We anticipate the interior work to be being 100% by the end of May. To match that date, exterior finish will require a little cooperation from Mother Nature.
