We have finally thawed the interior frost out and were able to install the underground plumbing and electrical. The frost was deep but mother nature provided us with a glimmer of hope last week when this young sprout showed up.

The concrete slab is slated to go in starting February 16th with the interior framing and finishes to follow. There are some exterior building trims and details to finish up when weather warms but the building already looks good!

The anticipated completion is projected to be in late March.
