The main roof has been shingled, and the building is dried in! We have begun the process of rough in and framing inspections for 5th floor. MEP crews are in process of wrapping up the wiring, water install, tubs, attic sprinkler system and mechanical hook ups on 5th floor while we have insulation scheduled to start happening soon with sheet rockers to arrive shortly after. Framers continue to work in 4th - 1st floor wrapping up the framing punch work. We will be shifting our focus back onto the exterior as the weather continues to warm up.
