Harrison Bay Senior Living in Mound, MN is a new three (3) story, 72 unit, wood-framed building with a 31,595 square foot first floor and 24,174 square foot second and third floors.
We are excited to announce that Harrison Bay Senior Living is open and accepting residence. This facility is immaculate and one of our most beautiful properties and has a lot to offer. The grand opening ceremony took place October 28th, 2018.

We’ve been awarded a Pyramid Award for both Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living in Edina, MN and Remington Cove Apartments (Phase I & II) in Apple Valley, MN! Lyon Contracting, Inc. had an OSHA Cooperative Compliance Partnership signing today at the Lake Jonathan Flats Apartments project in Chaska, MN. We are proud to use all aspects available to us to continue having a safe job site.
Lyon Contracting, Inc. received a Pyramid Award for Chaska Heights Senior Living at the ABC Excellence in Construction Banquet January 2018. This is a 138 unit independent and assisted living facility located in Chaska, MN. The gross square footage is 209,785 with a 50,229 square foot enclosed parking garage below grade. This facility is constructed of concrete footings and slab on grade, CMU foundation walls, and precast columns, beams and hollow core plank.
Taking the city of Chaska’s mission to heart, Chaska Heights Senior Living was designed as a senior apartment and assisted living facility that strives to encompass a small-town atmosphere. The facility was developed by Trident Development, LLC, designed by Cole Group Architects, Westwood Professional Service, Larson Engineering of Minnesota, and Encompass Group, LLC, and managed by Tealwood Senior Living. Lyon Contracting, Inc., the general contractor, managed all aspects of the construction; including the site work, shell construction, interior and exterior finishes. The interior amenities, including two commercial kitchens, multiple dining areas, fitness areas, lounges, a chapel, salon, pub, offices, and the wellness facility were all furnished and decorated by the project team.
Lyon Contracting, Inc. takes great pride in this award and will use this as an expectation for all future projects.
